How to take a course

A step-by-step guide on how to find your course, navigate the course page, watch video topics and answer quizzes.

Open My Courses page

  1. Click on the Profile menu
  2. Click on My Courses
  3. Click on My Courses

Open a Course

  1. Click on the Course name

Navigating the Course page

  1. Click on the ”Start Course” to see the Topics and Quizzes page
  2. Click on the “Materials” to see printed supporting documentation
  3. Click on the “Favorites” icon to add this course to your Favorites list
  4. Click on the lesson name to see the Topics and Quizzes in that Lesson
  5. Click on the blue Notes icon to open and make notes

Watch a Video Topic

  1. Click on the Topic name either on the left menu or the main page menu
  2. Click on the play icon
  3. Click on the Mark Complete when finished watching the video

NB: Topic videos can be viewed without answering associated Quizzes.

Answer a Quiz

  1. Click on the Quiz name
  2. Answer the question
  3. Click on Finish Quiz

NB: Answer Quizzes only if you want to earn Certificates and test your comprehension of the Course.
